Thanks all. The start of the build started slow, as nothing much to do each month. Now there is more to do each month. R2 will be some weight once finished, as the left leg has still more to be added and is quite heavy already. Now have to wait for next months parts so as I can test out the projector. Coming along nicely. I believe the finished weight is around 8.5kg!! You can still plug the screen in to check it works, it just wont project on to a wall. Probably worth checking just to be sure. Building: Ghostbusters Ecto-1, Ford GT40, Gone in 60 seconds Eleanor mustang, Shelby Cobra Complete: R2D2, Red Bull RB7 RC, Battleship Bismarck, Shelby GT500 'super snake'

Finally got this months pics onto the PC Been eagerly waiting for issue 29, so I could test the projector. Issue 29 Well I wasn't disappointed with this issue. Put all parts together very carefully, so as not to get any fingerprints on the lens or disturb the wire into the screen. Once built it worked as it should Ritchie69 attached the following image(s): Completed - R2D2

Issue 30 This part doesn't loo much when there are only 2 parts in this issue, but its probably the most to be done in 1 issue so far. Added the motor for the leg, then the fun started as we then had to install the motor & foot sensor wires (making sure there is enough slack) then tie them down with the zip strips. We then put on all the leg casing and screwed it all into place. Ritchie69 attached the following image(s): Completed - R2D2
