Stage 23
Contents: Damage Light Circuit Board, Screws, Treads.
Align the LEDs on the board with the holes in the underside of the hull. Insert a screw into the hole at the end of the board and carefully tighten the screw into the hole. Insert the second screw into the hole at the other end of the board, carefully tighten the second screw into place.
Retrieve your assembled track, your latest treads and pins. Connect the treads to the track and push the pins into the aligned holes. Turn the track onto its side and lightly hammer the pins into position. Carefully insert the remaining pin into the holes of the last tread for safe keeping.

Stage 24
Contents: Road Wheel Inner, Road Wheel Outer, Suspension Arm, Washer, Split Washer, Nut, Hub Cap, Axle Bolt, Washer Screw, Spring, Treads, Pins, Front Left Fender, Screws.
Place the five new treads together, aligning the holes of all of them. Check that the holes are clear before proceeding. Holding the treads together insert the pins through the aligned holes and then gently hammer into place. Insert the remaining pin through the holes at the end of the section for safe keeping.
Locate the posts on the underside of the front left fender and the corresponding holes in the hull. Turn the hull and fender over and lower the fender onto the side. Make sure the parts are flush with each other. Turn the hull back over and check that the posts on the fender are positioned properly in the holes. Insert a screw into the innermost of the three holes and tighten the screw into place.

Stage 25
Contents: Inner Sprocket, Outer Sprocket, Drive Wheel, Wheel Cap, Rim, Screws, Screwdriver, Treads, Pins.
Retrieve the outer sprocket and rim. Place the rim over the outer sprocket aligning the central shapes. Align the central hole of the inner sprocket with the projecting part of the outer sprocket then combine the parts.
With the parts now in place, insert a tight threaded screw into one of the sets of aligned holes. Half tighten the first screw into place until the parts are loosely held together. Tighten the second tight threaded screw into the other hole then go back and fully tighten the first.
Fit the new treads to the track section from the previous stage. Place the track on its side and hammer the pins into the track.
This stage is now complete. Carefully store the assembly and any unused parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 26
Contents: Road Wheel Inner, Road Wheel Outer, Suspension Arm, Washer, Split Washer, Nut, Hub Cap, Axle Bolt, Washer Screw, Spring, Treads, Pins, First Stowage Pannier, Screws.
Take the first stowage pannier and align the posts on the underside with the holes in the hull, behind the front left fender. Push the pannier in place and insert one of the screws into the first hole and tighten the screw. Insert the second screw into the next hole and tighten the second screw into place.
Connect the new treads to the track section from stage 25. Place the track on its side and hammer the pins into place.
This stage is now complete. Carefully store the assembly and any unused parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 27
Contents: Idler Wheel Inner, Idler Wheel Outer, Wheel Cap, Screws, Nut, Spring Washer, Washer, Treads, Pins.
The two halves of the idler wheel have corresponding tabs and slots. Align the tabs and slots of the inner and outer parts of the idler wheel and push them together.
Insert the first screw into one of the holes in the idler wheel inner and half tighten the screw into the hole. Now insert the second screw into one of the other holes, half tighten the second screw as well. Insert the final screw into the remaining hole, half tighten that screw then fully tighten all three screws.
Connect the new treads to the track section from Stage 26, place the track on its side and hammer the pins into place.
This stage is now complete. Carefully store the assembly and any unused parts in a stage labelled bag.
