Now I have multiple rows of white LED strips and the light is much better for photos (and eyesight) Keep them coming! Robin Hi, Thank you Robin, I do tend to take the odd yellow photo but I usually spot it and take another but this one got past me I'm afraid that I'm a little behind on your "pups" build as well as a few others but the little.....er my darling children will be staying at there grandparents this weekend so I'll have plenty of time to catch up May.

Hi May, nice progress so far Looking at your last picture your steering column does not appear to go through the right hand side member as shown in the instructions. It needs to go above the engine mount and fit in the cut out on the framework. Hope the pic helps. Al Spal attached the following image(s):

I made exactly the same mistake with the steering column and I'd read this post before doing it. It was only when I was trying to fit the engine into the frame I realised something was wrong. Fortunately only minor dismantling of the steering rack mountings and assembly is needed to remove the steering column and re-position it. This is so easily done. I looked at the magazine, official build diary, YouTube build and Spal's image to try and work out what I'd done wrong. The image on part 33 of the official build diary that shows the green oil filter glued in place has the clearest view of where the steering column needs to go. That's quite a narrow gap that's left once the oil filter is fitted! I hope you're still enjoying the build May. I'm missing your updates! Happy modelling
