The website FAQ and the flyer included with Part 1 (bought yesterday) says: Issue 1 costs only £1.99 / €2.50, Issue 2 is just £4.99 / €6.99 and the regular price of issue 3 onwards is £8.99 / €10.99. All prices include VAT.
My non-premium subscription confirmation email this morning says: Issue 1 costs £2.98/€3.50, issue 2 costs £5.98/€7.99 and each issue thereafter costs £9.98/€11.99 and as postage and packaging is free...
11% increase in 24 hours? What's going on?

I had that, but when I read the letter closer I found that I had been signed up for the digital editions. I'm going to call customer services later to check. I suggest you do the same Building: Deagostini R2D2, Eaglemoss Delorean, Deagostini E-Type

Paul Have a look at the following link and have a play with the options and you see the prices at the end. As already mentioned by Ian it looks like you have the digital version as well on your sub. https://www.jacklin-uk.c...1.1294584551.1484420682

I seem to remember saying I didn't want the digital version when I ordered on-line but maybe they have added that option. I have emailed customer services and awaiting a reply. Thanks for your help. Looking forward to getting started and adding to the bonnet top section!

I just contacted customer services and they have confirmed I am not signed up for the digital issues despite the welcome email saying I am. The guy seemed to think it was an error with the email system sending out the wrong email and I shouldn't worry about it. I'll keep an eye on how much money gets taken the first month but I'm not worried as these things happen Building: Deagostini R2D2, Eaglemoss Delorean, Deagostini E-Type

Reference the comments above. Is this a standard email that is being sent out to subscribers regardless of which subscription they actually went for. I too have subscribed to this part work and my welcome letter says the same digital etc. I know that was not what I signed up for, as prior to hitting the confirm button I took a screen shot and saved that for future reference.

I think it's just someone's pushed the wrong button and sent out the wrong letter to people. The person I spoke to assured me that my subscription didn't include digital editions. I'm satisfied with that but if you worried I would suggest calling customer services just to check Building: Deagostini R2D2, Eaglemoss Delorean, Deagostini E-Type

I have opted for the standard none digital edition and I have also oped not to receive the magazine binders. The binders sell at £7.99 per binder and will cost you an extra £32 over the two year build. Of course you can always cancel the binders during the period of your subscription if you decide later, that you don't want them posted when they are due. I think this is just a general letter that is sent to all subscribers, when you sign up to order. Best just to wait and see when they take your direct debit payment.
