At last after 14 months the HULL is planked and sanding finished!!!!!!this represents 420 days,1200 hours. This build really is a labour of love, and I am enjoying every minuet of it! MODELLING IS NOT A DESTINATION IT`S A JOURNEY, to all new people to the forum take your time and do it your way,it`s not a race, and follow all the advice from all the serious Gals and Guys on the forum, and do not listen to the BMW`s (ladyERS MOANERS and WINGERS) I have the utmost regard for De Ag they have never let me down.

Now for a short break while I finish planking SAN FRAN 2,also build the engine of the Aston Martin DB5,deck the CUTTY SARK and lay the keel of the ENDEAVOUR. Not to mention the McLAREN,LANCASTER BOMBER and TIGER TANK.

Just as soon as I work out how to post photo`s I will put on the Forum.

Thanks to you all for the advice and encouragement.
Cheers

MWG

Hi Mike,
You must be a millionaire having all those builds on the go at once!
How do you have the time to run a business??
Also, glad others are enjoying this as much as me!

Hi Jeff,

At the end of the day doing a bit of model bashing helps me to unwind, and I do get mega satisfaction from moving between one build and the next.
Glad you feel the same.

Cheers
