 Hi All The woodcarver comes with a set of 3 blades as standard but I also got a set of blades and a sharpening set. Not much use to a modeler you say but it will make short work of bow and stern blocks before the sandpaper comes out saving a lot of time. Also with practice some fine work is achievable with it. It can also be used for shaping wood or plaster blanks prior to creating a mould for resin casting.
