Pack 14 In this pack we get to finish Robi's left leg by fitting his hip servo and hip frame then testing the leg function.As the test was fine His legs were then joined using the hip base, front and rear panels and a further test function was carried out, again with success. Now Robi's head is removed from the neck stand so his scarf can be removed and the new neck base fitted.Finally another servo was assigned its id ready for the next part of the build. Pack 15 A fair bit to do in this pack and some major components to join. Firstly the speaker was mounted and then attached to Robi's left arm and body assembly.The on off switch was fitted to the scarf and neck servo fitted, at first I put the servo in incorrectly, see pic, but on checking with the instructions I realised my error and sorted it before the next stage. Now we get to another milestone and carefully start connecting wires to the circuit board before closing up the two body halves. Finally for this pack we test and fit yet another servo into the body, only 3 packs to go now Al Spal attached the following image(s):

Looking good and not long to go now. Double check the servo wire that runs from the left arm and through the speaker assembly has plenty of slack as it may cause problems later Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Pack 16 More progress on this little fella, once the neck plate was secured Robi's arm neck and back functions are tested along with the speaker. Have to admit I let the test run for several cycles just to hear him say okay Next the head servo frame and lever were attached to the neck servo and the foot pads stuck onto his feet.The two head servos were fitted and another function test was carried out with no issues.Then the servo horns and head base were attached and we dismantle Robi's head in order to fit an infrared unit into one of his eyes.Finally the head frames were fitted to complete this pack.
