The Thunderbird 2 web page is now live!

http://www.model-space.c...-the-thunderbird-2.html

Please note: Previous Thunderbird 2 Test subscribers (who still have issue 1-4 Test parts in hand) should call 0800 054 2188 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm excluding public holidays) to start the TB2 subscription from Pack #2 (rather than order online from Pack 1). (We are also sending an email to all of the Test suscribers to highlight this).

Don't forget to make a note of the first International Thunderbirds Day on Sept 30th

There is no plan as yet to bring any extra's to the UK other than to offer the 15 issue extension as a complete pack at the end.

Would love to do this one but I just can't afford it not with doing 3 builds currently. I'll probably end up giving it a serious look once my current 3 are coming to an end
Building: Deagostini R2D2, Eaglemoss Delorean, Deagostini E-Type

So I have been trying this number for 2 days and no answer, and you can barely hear the music playing which to me means it's a dud line. Furthermore, when I finally got through to somebody via a different number I was told that the subscription is not yet live and that the website is just for the test so that can't do anything to help me, and this was then confirmed with his manager! *confused* Can we have more instruction on how to order from Pack 2 please?

If it was outside of 9am-5pm Mon - Fri or on bank hol Mon, the call would not be taken.

The different number you used will not know anything about the ModelSpace Thunderbird 2 release as the number it relates to was only involved in its Test and unable to take orders on the new release.

The number given for Pack 2 is the only number to use: 0800 054 2188 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm excluding public holidays)

Thank you for clearing it up. I did realise yesterday it was probably because it was a Bank Holiday - Whoops!

Saying that though, I was listening to that faint music for over 30mins today with no answer... Is that normal?

First day back after a long bank hol weekend is generally very busy, though 30mins without response seems rather excessive, I'll get it looked into.

Sadly, no luck. On hold to silence for 31mins. Can we not have a drop down box on the website asking which pack to start from? It would be so much easier! Or at least someone to pick up the phone! Laugh

PM sent! Thank you! I know of a couple others that are trying to get through too with no luck. Shall I just advise them to keep trying?

Hello everyone, only just registered and this is my first post, but I have been lurking as a guest for several months because of the wonderful Thunderbird 2BigGrin .
I would just like to say that I contacted the phone number for customer services yesterday and got through with no problem. It was the second time that I had called, and the first time it was answered by a lady who informed me that both the customer service reps were out for their lunch - that may be why the phone is constantly ringing out if they are very busy.
Suffice to say I have signed up for the 12 month subscription, and as I have the first four parts from the test release (I think I was the 9th subscriber going from my account number) I am eagerly awaiting pack 2.
I was also told that after I receive that pack, if I contact customer services, they will refund the cost of what would be issue 5, as this was offered complimentary if the weekly partwork resumed.

Regards Jonathan.
