Its been 23 days after billing and still no shipping .Is this normal ? Have contacted cs last week ,they said at the end of July would ship out. customer service is not responding , any one else having problems ? ]

Hi Carlton,
I called last week and they said that shipping at the end of July is always delayed due to them doing yearly warehouse inventory or something. I'd say give it some more time.

Had the same issue. Was billed on July 21. Since no shipping notice had been received, sent an email on July 28. No response. Called CS on Aug 2, was told there was a warehouse problem and no known time frame. Received this email today:
Dear Terry
Our sincere apologies for the delay in getting you your shipment, we can confirm we have received the order and it is set to be fulfilled, unfortunately our warehouse is currently in the process of implementing new fulfillment software and has yet to get back to shipping, we are actively working to ship these your order as soon as possible, unfortunately it may be a little while longer until your order ships, I have went into the system and set it to send you an email once the item ships so you have an idea of when to look out for it.
If you have any other questions, or if I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me again.

Don not remember any shipping problems throughout the Falcon build. Hope the problem is resolved soon.

Thanks Terry and Ryan , some info is good don't know why they didn't send me an email how hard can it be ? They don't want to lose my subscription because my brother who is building the Millennium Falcon will quit too.

Yeah i have to say this is not good, they have the data, notify the customer. also do not run our CC auth if you can't confirm the whse can ship the box! i have an auth from about the 24th still hanging .... and one from a few days back and .... ( 3 models in progress 3 shipments each month)
