Hi All Lots of spraying and painting going on right now. Started to make up the bow and stern decks and spayed the main deck grey before the deck decal is applied. The stern deck has had the first of the railings attached along with some furniture as has the bow. Started to paint the aircraft that are stored in the hanger too. More soon. The parts are quite clean the soft metal parts have mould seams which are easily removed . The printed parts like the aircraft are very detailed for there size the only clean up is where the print bed followers meet the item. the etch has crisp edges and the tabs easily removed. Hi All Finally been able to get back to this build, the deck decal has been applied and the deck bent to its correct shape. Three boats have been added to the storage area the aircraft will go in later as there quite delicate. Little bit more done the stern deck girders and ladder were added then the bow breakwater was made up. next it was onto main turret A all the internals are castings and etch. The outer turret goes over this assembly and more detail etch added like ladders. Once the main guns were added all that is left to add is the railings and that will finish turret A.
