I hope it's not a silly question but how do you shut the engine off when you want to stop running?

Hi Steve, BigGrin

I don`t have an RC engine, but I know about car engines and they all need fuel and air.

Starve one or the other and it will stop.

Be warned if you starve air you will flood the engine and may have starting issues to follow, but there are cures for a flooded engine.

To that end I`ve found this on the web.

Stopping an RC engine

Hope this helps.

Seal the exhaust outlet with a rag or pinch the fuel line to starve it if fuel though the exhaust method is the most popular.
