PACK 11
Stage 56
Contains: LED Light Box.
For this stage, you will need the LED box, the diorama assembly (Stage 54), the turret, the turret base, wires (Stage 40) and a screwdriver.
Connect the diorama speaker to the LED box, by joining their wires together. Then fit both parts together, positioning the wires in the space between the two parts.
Place the building front onto the assembly, and fix the parts together with the six screws (Stage 52). To use the diorama, place four AA batteries into the battery box, and then turn it on.
Take the two wires labelled P and R, and insert them into the corresponding sockets on the turret distribution board. Then connect the wires labelled W and U to their sockets. Next, connect the wires marked T and Y to the board.
Finally, connect wires K and S to the board. The other ends of these wires will be fitted to the board in the hull.
Fit the turret base onto the turret, and half-tighten the screws into their holes to secure it.
This stage is now complete. Store the assembly and any remaining parts in a Stage labelled bag.davetwin attached the following image(s):

Stage 57
Contains: Turret Rotator Motor, Screws.
For this stage, you will need the parts supplied, plus the turret, the hull and a screwdriver.
Remove the temporarily fitted turret base. Place the bottom of the turret through the hole in the centre of the hull, leading the wires through first.
Now fit the turret base back into position. This will hold the turret on the hull. Secure the turret base by tightening screws into the holes.
Place the turret rotator motor onto the posts on the hull. Tighten the screws into the three holes to secure the motor.
Insert the wire labelled ‘V’ into the connector on the distribution board marked with the same letter.
Insert the wire labelled ‘PL’ from the light board into the connector marked with the same letters.
This stage is now complete. Store the assembly and any remaining parts in a Stage labelled bag.

Stage 58
Contains: Drive Motor, Screws.
For this stage, you will need the parts supplied, plus the lower hull assembly, a road wheel set (Stage 16) and a screwdriver.
The Road Wheel set will fit to the lower hull, which you will receive with Stage 60, so keep these parts to one side for the moment, and refer back to this stage when you fit them.
Locate the two holes in the end of the motor, and half-tighten one of the two screws into one of the holes. Then half-tighten the second screw into the second hole.
Fit the spring into the next hole, then place the suspension bar over it, turning it clockwise until the stopper is positioned to the right of the one on the hull. Pass the axle bolt through the hole and secure it with a washer, split washer and nut.
Place the inner half of the wheel onto the suspension bar. Then fit the outer half of the wheel. Secure the outer half of the wheel with a washer screw.
Press the hub cap into the recess in the centre of the wheel.
This stage is now complete. Store the assembly and any remaining parts in a Stage labelled bag.

Stage 59
Contains: Starboard Transmission Assembly, Screws.
For this stage, you will need the parts received, the lower hull assembly, a road wheel set (Stage 18) the two brackets (Stages 10 and 29) and a screwdriver.
The Starboard Transmission Assembly, Road Wheel set and two brackets will fit to the lower hull, which you will receive with Stage 60, so keep these parts to one side for the moment, and refer back to this stage when you fit them.
Remove the two screws from the motor, and use them to secure it to the transmission assembly via the two holes. Pass the screwdriver through the holes on the transmission assembly to access the screws.
Fit the spring into the next hole, then place the suspension bar over it, turning it clockwise until the stopper is positioned to the right of the one on the hull. Then pass the axle bolt through the hole, and secure it with a washer, split washer and nut.
Place both parts of the wheel onto the bar and secure them with a washer screw. Then press the hub cap into place.
Pass the axle at the rear of the transmission assembly through the hole in the side of the lower hull. Tighten one of the screws into the one of the holes in the base of the transmission assembly. Fit the second and third screw into the hole on the inside of the part. Make sure the screws are tight.
Fit one bracket into the hole on the right-hand side of the hull. Fix the bracket to the lower hull from the inside with a washer screw.
Fit the second bracket on the other side of the hull in the same way.
This stage is now complete. Store the assembly and any remaining parts in a Stage labelled bag.

Place a washer onto the axle bolt in the centre of the idler wheel to check that it fits. Remove the washer, and pass the bolt through the hole at the front of the hull. Place the washer onto the bolt, followed by the split washer. Tighten the nut onto the end of the bolt. Make sure that the wheel can rotate freely
Take one of the rollers and secure it to the hull, fit the other two rollers in the same way.
Place the axle cover over the drive wheel axle. Tighten two screws into the holes to secure the part to the hull.
