As a surgestion with only one more flight of this piece of engineering masterpiece left to go, i was thinking what a detailed 2 1/2 foot model would look like with a payload of hubble in its bay, with all the detail that could be packed into it from the cabin to all th pipping of the extender arm and the solar panels of the hubble this in my opinion would be a brilliant partwork, not just for now but to show to grandkids when they could have a good laugh as to how we used to get up into space with.

Any comments welcome.

don't forget the 10,000 indivisual ceramic tiles on the underside, each one crafted it's own contours to fit.all teflon coated, yes that's where your teflon was invented so you could have non-stick pans.de-ag would prob. give us bathroom tiles and a matt black tin of paint.don't fancy sanding that lot down.

At the risk of sounding like a know all I will disagree with you on that point Karl.Teflon was discovered in the 30's by accident...here's a link to an interesting little article about it. http://inventors.about.c.../inventors/blteflon.htm Although I knew about Teflon from years in the plastics industry there was some stuff in there that I didn't know...you live & learn.

Well after fitting 2,500 odd tiles when coming to the victory it would be only a starter for real tiling LOL .

Any how it would be a brilliant build and with the way the episodes go the tiles would be compleated in about 14 monthes Flapper Laugh Laugh .
