Need a little help here...I subscribed to HMS Surprise 14 Parts in March 2016 which means I should have received every thing by May this year but I'm still awaiting confirmation of parts 24-28.
I have sent messages to ask about the outstanding deliveries only to be told they will be sent when they receive stock...I have a lot of time and effort invested in this model and would really appreciate a meaningful answer as to when I might receive these outstanding parts...

Well here we are at the end of November and unfortunately still no sign of my missing parts 24-28, no response from anyone as to if I will or will not receive them..this is very sad indeed, sort of putting a damper on my building efforts. Hope someone will be able to sort this mess out for me....

I received parts 24 & 25 in December last year but still have not heard any news about 26,27 & 28 ??????
I have sent emails to "Jacklin" our local distributor in South Africa and
"Model Space UK" with no reply from either..........

Still awaiting a reply to this????

I have sent several emails regarding outstanding parts 26,27 &28 for HMS Surprise....my latest email (see below) which was sent to service@jacklin.co.za has remained unanswered, can you please look into this problem for me????
