Entry level kits with low prices would be a fun option. Please don't get me wrong, a lot of use here do have the time and money constraint, but not all of us have the SKILL set to tackle a kit like Racehorse that only comes with a few sheets of plans in Italian.

I spent the better part of 2000 to 2004 online collecting model ship plans. Many came from the 1960s to 1980s from mainland Europe and were basically large d,e and f size sheets with highly detailed drawings of various ships like frigate berlin, roter lowe, czar peters "botik" miniature yacht that's on display in Russia.

Mamoli and mantua? created small 50-80 dollar mini kits that are easy to assemble but create less then quality looking models.

My thought is, why not create a kit like say Yacht D'oro or Gretel, that costs 100 or less, but goes together as easily as swift?
