Hi only got up to stage 8 on this so far,but thought I'd start with the wheel.as it been lil tricky from the diaries I have read.I did not use the double sided tape method would not hold.i used canopy glue.though you do have to let it set a while.this held it OK.spokes B were fiddly ones to thread through.all in all a fiddly job but I got on OK with it. Took me 3 hrs. Issue 11 Parts Manifold assembly (lower half) Petrol feed pipe Air balance pipe Air cleaner First of all screw together the 2 half's of the Manifold assembly, attach the Suction chambers x3, fit the petrol feed pipe, then the air balance pipe,and fit the aircleaner. Issue 13 Parts Engine block and clutch housing (left side) Battery box Filter head and hose Here I painted the other side of the block as shown, and painted the filter head and hose,then it's fit the filter head and hose to the engine right hand side,then it's fit the battery box to the left hand side of engine. Issue 14 Parts Engine breather Ignition coil half's Ignition lead Dynamo Dynamo end cap Timing chain cover Pulley Fan belt and pulleys Here we do bit more painting to the end of the ignition coil, painted the cylinder head silver as shown, the fan belt and pulleys I cleaned it up then painted it semi gloss black, painted the belt rubber black, and the bolts silver. Then insert the ignition lead and screw together the half's of the ignition coil, attach this to the cylinder head, I cleaned up the seam on the engine breather and repainted it, then attach this to the cylinder head the dynamo was also deseamed and repainted, the large pulley I filled the ejector marks and repainted it, then put this belt assembly together. Issue 15 Parts Plug leads Forward exhaust Manifold Rear exhaust Manifold Rev counter generator connector Here I deseamed the exhausts manifolds, and repainted them, before attaching them to the engine, add the Rev counter generator connector, then attach the cylinder head, route the wire to the battery holder, place the pulley belt in place and screw the half's of the engine together, then put the ignition coil and plug leads in.
