I have finally finished the electronics, bit of a nightmare as one of the switches were faulty. All tested and working. The next stage was to attach the podracer to the diorama, feeding the cables through and attaching them to the board.
Next, was to paint Anakin himself, he might look big in the pictures, but it took a very good magnifying glass to paint him.

Now it is time to fix everything together and the final touches.

And here it is finished. I have a brushed steel plaque with blue lit Perspex behind it to match the lights on the switches.
I’ll post the finished diorama in the finished gallery.
