Thank you for your comments. I have been busy with my build with hardly a day going by without some attention to the ship. I am finding everything as it should be and the fit continues to be great. I have a few photos to share and hope that I have mastered the size issue so here goes: Howard attached the following image(s):

ok! looks like the photo sizing worked. So, moving along I have completed the planks and caught up on the deck furniture excepting for the capstan. I will leave the capstan until I have completed the full planking of the hull to avoid damage. Here are the next photos of the build: Howard attached the following image(s):

Hello again. I was busy building away here and now need to catch up on my build diary. I will post a few of the pictures in between so as to show the progress made to date. It may take me a second run as I am not that familiar with the upload process. Just want to mention I am very pleased with the product received so far. I have not faced any challenges as long as I followed closely the great set of instructions. Now let’s see if I can do an upload

Great work Howard, she's looking great. The San Felipe is a fantastic kit and really high quality, I'm getting very tempted to have a go at this myself.

Wow. I did’t ever expect that - thank you all so much for your kind remarks. I am going to try to fix the pictures today. I am suspecting the file name needs to be shorter.
