Testing the lightsaber ejector mechanism in issue 53, I didnt get any response, how do i get assistance in order to trouble shoot and resolve?

Hi Firstly check all your connections and that the ratchet is engaged with the motor gear if all is ok assembly wise and it still will not work please contact C/S for replacement parts. Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Obviously check to make sure all electrical connections are correct. Next is there any motion at the motor, even a brief jump. If so, take the housing apart and make sure the rail is meshing with the gear motor and is not binding up. Also make sure rail stop is between the two sensors. If everything checks or this is no motor activity, call C/S for replacement.

Thanks both, the connection look ok and there is no movement from the motor at all, who do i contact for replacement?

Just contact customer services, and they will organise a replacement for you. Tel. 0333 300 1049 if a Subscriber or if you get your magazine from the Nesagent, you need to ask your newsagent to obtain a replacement issue. Mark
