My first box of parts arrived today.
The majority of the wood components and metal castings seem very good quality, but the bottom part of hull frame 7 was warped and de-laminating.
I now have to decide whether to go to the trouble of requesting a replacement from Customer Services, or to try a repair.
Has anyone else had problems with poor quality wood?

Hi Dave, personally I would give CS a call and request a replacement stage 3. Would be better to give them a call rather than email, that way you will get a quicker response. Ensure you have your subscriber number to hand when calling...

On another note, if you resize you pics to 650 x 480 pixels before uploading to the forum then they'll show on your post rather than have members downloading to view..

Regards

Suspect it’s just a rogue part as we’ve not had any other such reports. All parts are covered by a free replacement guarantee if faulty.

Would be good to see your build when you get started Cool
