Just make sure that any screws set into the bases to secure the frame to a build board, are located inwards of the slot at the bottom of each frame; later on, further ply plate's are slotted into these frame slots that run bow to stern and sit on the edge of the base plates.

Iv'e given up on mine.. After serious thought I decided to save the money up and do one of those Scratch builds.. The plank on frame builds.. But need lots of money to do one.. ( Just Dreaming).. All else failing just to finish the 4 builds I have running.Using Expensive timber from USA.LolLOL LOL

I always wanted a raptor but need to join club to fly it as they quite large. I had a Rex 450s buy sold it. I would like another in the near future though. The Trex 500 look good but battery prices are high still. E raptors are dear also.
But who knows maybe see a second hand on eBay. Lol.

I must get my sim out again.
The little Trex looks smart. Saw a vid of it the other day , nifty little thing. And cheap.

And here is what I did with them, (You can see the instructions in the background which I down loaded off the web site) Please note the parts are all dry fitted at this stage untill I receive all the parts to the Hull and fit them to My Dry Dock ------ but thats for next time !!!!!!Cool

Only thing I would say, is that I strongly advise you mount the base onto a build board before tackling the hull planking whch is to be sure a banana boat won't take shape, and locate the base fixing screws to the inner side of the bottom frame slots Wink
