Don't know if I am missing the point or assuming that a particular section of the build should be finished to a point of fitting to main tub.
The front wishbones/hub/disc is missing the caliper to complete this part.
I know the front wing still has a part that we have to fix but I guess this will be fitted when we get the decals....but we have the part.

erm......have I missed something or jumping the gun ?

Parts may not necessarily be delivered in the order that you might think they should be assembled; if you have followed the build as per the steps then all is as it should be for the build to date.

Thank for the info.

Just assumed that as the caliper was the last part for this particular build piece and it would not be forthcoming at a later point in time or I had missed something.

I assume it's either to keep the interest ( locked in ) or a manufacturing thing to recieve this last piece at a later point.

Aha ! just been trawling different builds and found Mr Warty knows that issue 43 has the calipers....so thanks Mr Warty

The UK series is formatted differently to the Jap series, where the parts you may see in the Jap magazines may not be supplied in the same issue number Wink

The Japanese issue has just had the 4 brake calipers issued this week as number 43

http://deagostini.jp/mcl/backnumber.php?id=13784&issue=43

Is there anymore news on a display case and whether we will have the chance to purchase rain tyres and trolley

Cheers

I don't mind us having 85 issues instead of the 65 that they have in Japan as I think the model still represents value for money and I really like the magazeen.

However, I don't see why De Agostini won't issue info on future issues. I have no doubt they know what parts will be coming with what issues (they'd need to know well in advance for production reasons). We're almost 1/5 of the way through the collection so those still collecting are in for the duration. I couldn't see anyone dropping out now for anything other than financial reasons. I couldn't see anyone dropping out due to the order the parts are issued in, but it would be interesting for collectors.

I would hope it is something De Agostini would think about.
