Can't get the bed in position. printer bed at minimum height and still nozzle touching it, now I have a hole in the pad where the print head got stuck All settings correct as per build instruction. Making filament leak through block. Any ideas??

Ni Ncall Can you check the coupling to motor spindle is at the correct height as per the instructions and that the lead screw is fully inserted into the coupling. Have you adjusted the print bed to nozzle height as per the instructions so that a business card can just be inserted between the nozzle and the bed across all areas of the print bed. it was working fine before I had to change nozzle, then I had to change heater block and now this.
drastic measure is to take it all apart and start again from stage 1, after I have cleaned the heater block itself to remove plastic leakage.

Still can't get working, now the project won't stay stuck to the bed. Keeps lifting at one end. 2nd layer still coming out like frayed string Can't config bed as the nozzle is too far away at max Z height

You will need to check that a few things are correctly positioned on the printer, first is the motor that raises the print bed fitted at its correct height, if that is fine then we go to the second item. Is the aluminum coupler tightened at the correct height to the motor drive shaft and to the threaded rod that goes into the top of the coupler. If either of these are too low then the print bed will not reach its optimum position for adjustments to be made. everything installed as instructions, and as far as I know the travel is determined by the sensor position. Sensor = home position Travel from home 100 - 0 as instructions dictate. So the height of the screw is irrelevant, but it is correctly installed following instruction. Everything seems to be going wrong since I had to replace the thread on the head block when it snapped changing the nozzle. not happy at minute

You are correct about the the sensors but the instructions also say to make sure the parts are assembled at set heights ie motor drive shaft to coupling ,coupling to threaded rod. So assembly is also important. If the bed is too far from the head to calibrate it then the head block and rods that need looking at to see they are correctly placed. The issue is that the bed is at a reasonable height when printing, but not when idle.
i.e
I can adjust whilst printing as the nozzle is close to the bed, but not when cold.
It doesn't rotate high enough when manually adjusted through program.
Settings all correct in printer config, with repitier.
Sensor in correct place, motor coupling and rods also correctly placed
Gone through instructions 3 times and nothing different.

The print bed to nozzle height must be calibrated/adjusted as per the instructions before any printing is done otherwise you will risk damaging the table or bed. Adjusting during/when printing will damage parts and may have caused the tear in the pad. You have said yourself that all was fine until you had to change the nozzle/headblock:- 'Everything seems to be going wrong since I had to replace the thread on the head block when it snapped changing the nozzle.' All I can recommend here is is a strip down and rebuild as per the instructions of all components that have been reassembled. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

You have said yourself all was fine with the printer until you had to strip down and reassemble it. So during reassembly something has not been replaced as it should because you cannot calibrate the bed as per the instructions before operating the printer. If as you say:- 'already stripped down and rebuilt and followed instructions to the letter' then the calibration of the bed should be part of those instructions. If the bed cannot be calibrated then the assembly must be checked and corrected so calibration as per the instructions can take place. Because I cannot see your printer I have to ask questions to try and resolve your problem and try to give advice to fix it. Comments that 'no one has a clue how to fix' do not help me or yourself in resolving this printer issue you have. It appears to me that if all worked as it should before your disassembly and it now has problem, then the problem is likely to be one of incorrect assembly or configuration. Perhaps posting a few photos of your build might assist in spotting what might be incorrect as it’s difficult to ascertain without sight of it.

The only thing I changed to start with was the nozzle, how would that effect the calibration of the bed. The only reason I stripped it down for was to try a rectify the issue.
Re installed software and setup as instructions pack 10,11 & 12.
If I could attach a picture I would. Or send me an email so I could reply with pictures.
