I have been waiting since January for my paint of the Sovereign of the Seas. This is unacceptable. They say that it is back ordered, but over 3 months is a bit much. The company must be having problems to have such poor customer service.

It’s a manufacture matter, we can’t have in stock what we have not been shipped.
You can obtain the exact same paint set from this UK supplier, scroll down the list to Sovereign of the Seas..

Do you know when they might be getting it in. If it will be awhile then refund my my money to my credit card and then I will order from this other company that you suggested. Thanks for the info.
