The problem is that as a Partwork it’s too similar looking to HMS Victory.
Under the Victory Models brand, their HMS Vanguard is part of a new series of exact scale plank on frame kits from a joint collaboration between Euromodels and Amati. The kits are designed the UK by the renowned model ship designer, Chris Watton and manufactured by Amati in Italy.

He’s also currently working on a new Bark Endeavour kit for Amati.

I've no doubt that the ultimate Victory kit will be released, and its going to be expensive, but like all models, as interest grows, larger kit runs will be done and the price will drop. Though it will still command a premium price whatever amount is produced due to the cost of R&D, tooling, premium materials etc. Mind you the HMS Victory model kit sold by Model-Space offers excellent value for money. As well as being an accurate kit which gives you a museum quality model,you can get lots of help and advice on the forum. Something you can't get with a retail kit.
