you can set your planking at set angles and cut it also cut it square you can cut an angle 50mm long on planking not only planking but other sizes off wood other words it works like a guillotine see the bit of wood in the photo it was cut with it 45 deg angle and square faced i know you can saw it in a miter block but this tool anny angle can be cut  BY THE WAY ITS FOR CUTTING SKIRTING BOARD AND PLASTIC PIPES
