I’m unaware of any delay though it could be as a result of the 4/5 week month syndrome that in effect changes delivery schedule.
As a normal rule, if it’s information of product being delivered on your account, then c/s is the first point of contact for such information as the forum does not have direct access to customer account/delivery information and not outside of business hours or across a weekend or public holiday.
