Hello!

I'm from Germany and have built the idbox here some time ago. meanwhile I have rebuilt a lot. here in the german forum you can see everything!

the latest shows the external Nozzle cooling and now it's time to complete all!

my Latest video: HERE

CURRENT MODS:

- latest MARLIN firmware including all changes from me
- original DeAgo Bed Heating
- TfT display with SD card printing
- second (original DeAgo) extruder
- Cyclopse two Nozzle printhead (first dual print)
- 3D Touch Autobed-Leveling (first auto-bed-leveling)
- Nozzle (print bed) lighting (G-Code controllable)
- Interior lighting incl. Temperature Indicator displayd by LED Light Strip (G-Code controllable)
- external Nozzle cooling (G-Code controllable)

Anyway, I'm still happy about comments, suggestions or others.

Wishes,
Thorsten

Hi Thorsten,

I’m looking to mod my inbox 3D printer...can I ask if you can give me a few pointers on how to update the firmware to the latest MARLIN v1.1.9?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello!

you have to customize the firmware with all the right datas and configurations of the idbox itself
you can not update the printer without being a configured firmware!!

to edit and upload the firmware, you need the arduino software for windows

I had a finished 1.1.6 version for the idbox, incl display and headbet and and and....
but my hdd was crashed for weeks and i loosed the code

it is difficult to find all the right data for idbox on the internet

I plan to write a new code myself in a few days, then I can send it to you.

I still have an older code with version 1.1.1 if you are interested.

did you read my german posts? maybe you can translate the page from google. everything is described there very well ....

here is my german post!

sorry, but my english is not so good

greeting,
Thorsten

Did you get the firmware? I am trying to add a few things and really need it now as I don't want to play around trying to put something on and find nothing works and then wasted everything.
