Issue 87 contains – Dome Support Arms, Dome Support Centre, Retaining Cap, Bearing.
Assembling the dome support.
Take all four die-cast parts provided this time, together with twelve 2.5 x 4mm screws. Holding the support centre the correct way round, fit one of the two identical arms (without the extra lug) to the leg, making sure the two locating pins are engaged. Turn the assembly over and use four 2.5 x 4mm screws to fix the parts together. Fit the second identical arm to the correct leg of the support centre and secure it with four more screws.
Note the difference in the third arm, which has an extra lug on the back. Fit this arm to the remaining leg of the support centre and secure it with four more screws.

Issue 88 contains – Bottom Panel, Access Panel, Flexible Plate, Top Hat Washer, Charging Socket, Main Switch, Short Screwdriver, Fixing Screws.
Fitting the access panel.
Take the access panel, flexible plate, top hat washer and three 2 x 4mm flanged self-tapping screws. Fit the slot in the flexible plate over the lug on the access panel. Fit the top hat washer over the lug. Secure the top hat washer with a 2 x 4mm flanged self-tapping screw. Don’t overtighten as the flexible plate needs to be free to slide.
Fit the access panel into the bottom panel so the holes in the flexible plate match up with the ones in the bottom panel. Screw the flexible plate to the bottom panel with two 2 x 4mm flanged self-tapping screws. The access panel is free to slide out and hinge down on the flexible plate, but for now, leave it in contact with the bottom panel.
Fitting the electronics.
Take the assembly you just completed, together with the main switch and socket, plus two 1.7 x 6mm self-tapping screws. Uncoil the lead from the socket and fit the socket into the hole which has a matching round end. Screw the socket in place with the two 1.7 x 6mm self-tapping screws.
Uncoil the lead from the main switch and fit it through the bottom panel from the outside. Make sure the switch is clicked to ‘I’ and that the ‘I’ is facing the edge of the bottom panel. Press the switch firmly into place so that the tangs on each end spring out to hold the switch body to the bottom panel.
Screw 2.5 x 9mm screws into both holes in the edge of the access panel. Once the threaded portion goes all the way through, the screws will be held captive on the plain portion of the shank.
