The main problem with the building is the dodgy area its situated in. Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

Chapeltown has in the past suffered from rioting, with the notorious disturbances in 1975, 1981 and 1987 and even now has a lot of drug turf wars going on. I can only imagine it might end up as some kind of community building, though with Councils being strapped for cash, it seems unlikely.
