i know they say that the japan mclaren partwork is only 65 weeks and ours 85 weeks but what are they going to do give us less parts towards the end and also reprint all the magazines to match seems that that would cost a lot ????

Hi all
I think I can shed a bit of light on the coloured belts. They are part of the FIA regulations that in the event of an accident and possible spinal injuries it allows the driver to be lifted out of the car still in his seat, these coloured belts help this process. In the attached pic of the MP4-23 I saw at MTC last year you can just see the coloured belts in the cockpit.

we need them wet tyres!! Cursing why is it that we cant have them in the UK exactly?? whats the difference between giving the japanese them and giving us them?? can anyone shed some light?

This has been discussed a while ago and tomick has intimated that they may be an option for us to buy later in the build, so I guess not 'costed in'
Mind you if we paid $50 USD per copy x 65 in Japan we would get them for free Wink
