Pack 6 contains parts for stages 21-23

Stage 21

Contents: Airbox duct,Cable guides x 2,Pipe ends x 2

Retrieve the parts supplied with Stage 20 and insert the two stops into the holes in the airbox top.Insert the larger of the two cable guides into the circled holes at the side of the airbox top. Then add the smaller cable guide into the holes next to the larger guide.Taking the cable guides from this stage,place them into the holes in the airbox top as shown. Follow this by placing the pipe ends into there respective holes as shown.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 22

Contents: Airbox,Airbox back,Stops x 2,Hooks,Type G screws

Insert one of the hooks into the circled hole in the airbox and secure from the inside with a G type screw, ensuring that the hook is free to rotate. Repeat this with the other hook. Fit the two stops into the holes in the airbox, as shown.
Fit the airbox back over the pins of the airbox and carefully press them together.Turn the airbox over, and place the duct from Stage 21 onto it, inserting the pins into the corresponding holes.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 23

Contents: Cylinder block,Gasket,Bolts x 4,Type B screws

Holding the cylinder block as shown, locate the two holes at the side and using tweezers or long nosed pliers, place the first bolt into the first hole in the cylinder block, pushing it firmly into place.Fit the second bolt into the hole next to the first one. Turn the cylinder block around, and locate the two remaining holes. Fit the third and fourth bolts into there holes in the block as done previously.

Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
