Just thought I would add a positive note to Customer Services.
Phoned Deag this morning to sort a couple of issues (faulty frame on Yamato & credit for HMS Hood)
Got straight through on phone & spoke to a very helpful chap called Dale, got cut off mid conversation & he promptly phoned me back on my mobile!
He is arranging for the replacement part to be sent & is looking into a refund for my Hood Subscription, was easy & painless.
Well done for excellant customer relations!
Wilfy

Nice to see this post. Admin, Mr T and customer services have all been to be most helpful to me. Deag have produced a great model and through their Forum have given us all the help and advise we need from time to time. Any real problems which rear their ugly heads every so often to my mind seems to come from the order and despatch company that Deag have on contract. If that was sorted out we would be in clover. What a pleasant surprise to see a positive post about CS, well done Wilfy and more of the same guys. Contrary to popular belief, CS do try their best for us over demanding subscribers and sometimes stuff goes wrong.
