well a long wait for for a bit of flat pack.
i realize that the display case might be slightly different from the one shown.
but this is nothing in any way the same and the instructions are in Spanish very disappointed.if i had see this before there's no way i would have spent money on it.

You can always voice your displeasure by writing to the London address noted inside the front cover page.

Others have indeed received and c/s have incorrectly informed you. PM your subscriber and name/address details to me and I'll put it under the nose of the Ops team.

I have done this many times so now after 16 months these lovely models are still under cloth waiting for the day. Facebook said they were out of stock and this is now escalated to urgent (Nov 2018) Customer services offered me refunds in Jan 2019 then miraculously the cases were back in stock and I gave them all my details and they said they would be shipped March 12th 2019. still nothing, all emails are ignored and I now see they are in stock available to order online. what a shambles Cursing

Well low and behold my two display cases arrived yesterday, 16 months late. I have no issue with the design although I will make them dust proof else what is the point of having them.
One think I do not understand is the height of them, why are they twice the height of the car ? more like a tropical fish tank. I am planning to cut one down, has anyone done this already ?

Hi Alan,
I am in the same situation.

When cce427 posted that he had received his I emailed customer services but got the standard response that they are out of stock.

Back in the good old days when Tomick was here he would chase CS on behalf of members, but I always felt that I was happy to wait my turn.

18 months later and I am starting to regret that decision.
