I have recently changed residence and I cannot find my Robi power cord. I have looked everywhere. How can I obtain another?

Contact C/S with the issue number the power cord was supplied in to order a replacement. You may be charged for this replacement item.

Strange. I can no longer log into the main site to find my order number. I keep hitting the password reset but I never receive an email. All messages to Customer Support are not being responded to.
