Does any one know where pack 10 is, Normally the direct debit has been taken and the monthly pack as arrived or just about too, But nothing yet this month. Can anyone offer an update on this. Thanks Rich

Yes I contacted CS (send a email) no reply, usually they are pretty prompt with there answers but not with this one which is why I looked to the forum for possible answers. I really hope there isn’t a delay? And I all honesty if there is should I be having to chase info and find out? Shouldn’t customer services be going this? Hopefully it’s all in had but as of posting I’m none the wiser on where pack 10 is. Thanks Rich.
