Not attempting to be disruptive here by any means, just curious.
About this time last year it was announced that a new forum would be available soon (before the end of the year?) and that the cleaning of old pictures and posts had started.
I was just wondering if there was any progress on this as the situation of viewing pictures here is just the same for me and very frustrating. Is this still immanent or have we given up on it and just have to plod on with what we have.

Its still in the hands of IT. As soon as they have an update for us then it will be posted on the forum...

There are 236,149 posts in 16,949 topics across 220 forums, I am sure you can appreciate the enormity of the task alone of cleaning up the forum., servers have also needed to be moved which in itself has thrown up all kinds of system problems to overcome. Just because from the outside looking in, there seems to be no movement on change, the activity is on going and that it’s also having to be applied across all ModelSpace forum and not just the UK forum. In short, the enormity of the task is huge!

Thanks for the update, Tom. Glad to hear it's progressing. Any sign of and end date yet?
