Pack 6 Contains Stages 28 to 31.Stage 28 contains – Cylinder Base 2, Cylinder and Bolts
Prepare the engine assembly from Stage 27, along with cylinder base 2 and bolts from Parts 28.
The cylinder base has the number 2 stamped inside it. Align it with the opening in the engine with the number 2 stamped next to it. Place the cylinder base over the opening, aligning the holes in the corners of both.
Insert one of the bolts into the aligned holes in the bottom corner. Tighten the bolt into place. Don’t fully tighten any of the bolts until they are all fitted. Use either flat-nose pliers or the cross wrench. Tighten the second bolt into place in the inner hole. Fit the third bolt into place followed by the fourth into the remaining hole. Fully tighten all four bolts.
This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.pemberg attached the following image(s):

Stage 29 contains – Cylinder, Cylinder Base 1 and Bolts.

Stage 30 contains – Rear Tyre.
Prepare the two pushrods, the pushrod base and two of the Phillips screws from Parts 31.
Take the pushrod stamped with a 3 and align the bottom of it with the hole in the base, also stamped with a 3. Insert the bottom of the pushrod into the base. The rod will fit in only one position. Secure the pushrod to the base with one of the two screws.
Take the second pushrod, with a 4 stamped on the bottom, and align it with the corresponding hole in the base. Secure the pushrod with the second screw.
This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 31 contains – Pushrods 3 & 4, Pushrod Base and Screws.
Prepare the engine assembly from Stage 29, the forward pushrod assembly from Stage 30 and the four slot-headed screws supplied with Parts 31.
Identify the opening in the engine where the pushrod assembly will fit. Place the pushrod base over the opening in the engine, ensuring that you have it the right way round and aligning the corresponding holes of both.
Ensure that you are using the slot-head screws and, holding the pushrod base to the engine, insert one of the screws into one of the aligned holes. Using a flat-head screwdriver, tighten the screw into place until the pushrod base is held to the engine. Don’t fully tighten the screw just yet.
Tighten a second screw into the next hole, leaving it slightly loose, as with the first. Tighten the two screws into the remaining two holes. When all the screws are in place, tighten them fully.
This completes the assembly of Pack 6. Carefully store any remaining parts in Stage labelled bags.pemberg attached the following image(s):
