Issue 91
Contents: Right-hand roof gutter,Right-hand sill lining,Bonnet lock,Screws.
Take the assembly from Stage 90 and working from the inside, fit the sill lining into the bottom of the door opening, making sure that the top rear corner tucks between the outer body and lip on the bottom of the B pillar.Press the lining into the opening so it fits flush all round including along the sill itself.Take the right hand door assembly from Stage 8 and offer it up to the opening.Fit the two hinge mounting pins into the sockets at the front of the opening and press the door into the closed position.Hold the door in place while you invert the body and drive JD08 screws into the mounting pins.Check that the door opens and closes smoothly.Take the bonnet catch and press the ‘D’-shaped lug on the back into the matching hole next to the door hinge as shown.Take the chrome gutter strip and match the tabs on the back to the slots in the body.Carefully fitting the tabs into place before pressing the strip home so it fits flush.

Issue 92
Contents: Left-hand roof gutter,Left-hand sill lining,Bonnet lock,Screws.
Take the assembly from the previous Stage and working from the inside, fit the sill lining into the bottom of the door opening, making sure that the top rear corner tucks between the outer body and lip on the bottom of the B pillar.Press the lining into the opening so it fits flush all round including along the sill itself.Take the left hand door assembly and offer it up to the opening.Fit the two hinge mounting pins into the sockets at the front of the opening and press the door into the closed position.Hold the door in place while you invert the body and drive JD08 screws into the mounting pins.Check that the door opens and closes smoothly.Take the bonnet catch and press the ‘D’-shaped lug on the back into the matching hole next to the door hinge as shown.Take the chrome gutter strip and match the tabs on the back to the slots in the body.Carefully fitting the tabs into place before pressing the strip home so it fits flush.

Issue 93
Contents: Left quarterlight,Hinge,Screws.
Line up the longer flap of the hinge with the moulded mounting on the quarterlight, as shown.Screw the hinge to the quarterlight with two JP10 screws.Fit the quarterlight into the opening in the body, carefully tucking the catch inside first. Press the quarterlight flush with the body.Fit the flap of the hinge around the B pillar and fix it in place with two JD13 screws.Gently close the quarterlight catch and bring the end around inside the body shell so that it lines up with its fixing hole on the body.Secure the catch in place with a JD14 screw so it looks as shown.Check that you can spring the catch to allow the quarterlight to open a short way.

Issue 95
Contents: Connection board Connecting wires (x 7 with identifying numbers 01–07),Screws.
Lay out all the wiring parts provided.Starting with wire 01, which plugs into the socket number 1.Press it firmly all the way in until it locks, but be careful not to strain the wires.The plug only fits in one way.Now fit wire 02 – note that its numbered socket isn’t the one next to 01.Carry on in the same way until you have fitted all seven wires. Note that 07 has two plugs connected to it, and that there are three empty sockets left (8, 9 and 10).Taking the cockpit assembly from Stage 71,gently bend the cluster of four wires up from the board so that you can press the board down under the floor behind the driver’s seat,as shown with the four wires leading up the shallow channel.Line up the holes in the board with the holes in the floor, and fix the board with two screws.
