Hello all,
Although I originally started this build under my previous username (Modelmania) as an entry into the recently closed 'Historic F1 Car' competition, I feel it would be a shame not to continue with the build diary and indeed to finish it. I have done more to the model since leaving the forum and since my last update. Having returned to the forum, I will therefore be reinstating and continuing the build diary here, under my new username.

Well now that my 1:32 Supermarine S.6b build is coming to the end I've been trying to decide what to tackle next and as I announced that I would be continuing my Ebbro 1:20 'Gold Leaf' Lotus 72c some months ago, I thought it was about time that I cracked on with bringing this one to a finish too!
A fair amount of work has been done since my original build diary for this kit, a link for which can be found in post #1 of this thread and the photos below will show what has been done since the last update to that original diary. Work will recommence in the very near future and a new update will then be posted here.
Many thanks for looking, all comments and criticisms welcomed as always.

Thanks guys, great to receive such nice comments from you and very much appreciated as always. I'm really looking forward to continuing with this great kit and to finally bringing the build to a finish.
