Pack 7 Contains Stages 32 to 38.
Stage 32
Prepare the engine assembly, the cylinder (Parts 28) and Parts 34.
Take the cylinder from Parts 28, stamped ‘2’ on the inside, and the engine. Align the hole in the centre of the cylinder with the post on the cylinder base. Place the cylinder onto the post, then turn the cylinder so that the bottom matches the base.
Align the bottom of the cylinder head with the post and the top of the cylinder then place the head in position.
Align the pins on the cylinder head top with the holes in the cylinder head and press the top into place.
Insert the pin of the exhaust spigot into the hole in the cylinder head.
This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 33
Retrieve the rear tyre from parts 30 and the wheel and valve from Parts 35.
Take the rear wheel and valve. Locate the hole in the inside of the outer part of the wheel. Correctly align the D-shaped pin on the valve with the hole in the wheel and insert the pin into the hole.
Gently push the solid rim of the wheel into the inside of the tyre. Work your way around the wheel, pulling the tyre onto the wheel. Turn them over and repeat on the other side.

Stage 34 contains – Cylinder Head, Cylinder Head Top and Exhaust Spigot.
Prepare all of the Parts 36.
Take the float bowl and air intake. Align the post in the centre of the float bowl with the hole in the air intake and press the two parts together.
Align the post at the end of the intake with the matching hole in the gasket then push the gasket onto the intake.
Align the post on the other side of the gasket with the matching hole in the manifold. Insert the post into the hole and push the parts together.
This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 35 contains – Rear Wheel and Air Valve.
Prepare the carburettor from Stage 34 and the bracket plate, bracket and screws from Parts 36.
Align the holes in the bracket plate with those in the air intake. Place the bracket over the bracket plate, aligning the holes of all the parts. Tighten one of the screws into one of the aligned set of holes followed by the second screw into the other set of holes to secure the parts.
Take the fuel valve and align the D-shaped hole with the matching post on the side of the bowl and push the valve into place.

Stage 36 contains – Float Bowl, Gasket, Spring, Bracket Plate, Air Intake, Manifold, Bracket, Fuel Valve and Screws.
Prepare the frame assembly from stage 17 and the components from Parts 37, apart from the two smaller bolts.
Align the holes at each end of the frame cross member with the corresponding holes in the frame sides. Tighten a screw into the aligned holes on the left side of the frame followed by another screw into the aligned holes on the right side.
Insert the long bolt through the hole in the mounting plate. Insert the post at the end of the bracket into the hole in the frame. Take the mounting plate and insert the end of the bolt through the frame into the hole in the bracket. Place the nut onto the end of the bolt and, while holding the nut in place, tighten the bolt to secure the mounting plate and bracket.
This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 37 contains – Screws, Nut and Bolt, Mounting Plate, Bracket, Frame Cross Member and Bolts (Short).
You will need the three air filter components from Parts 38, plus the carburettor assembly from Stage 35.
Prepare the air filter cover and the air filter. Turn the parts around and align the holes with the posts. Place the filter into the cover, keeping the holes aligned. Now take the air filter back plate and insert the three posts into the holes and press the back plate into place.
Align the post at the end of the air intake with the hole in the centre of the back plate. Insert the post into the hole and press the parts together.
This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 38 contains – Air Filter Cover, Air Filter and Air Filter Back Plate.
Prepare the ignition switch and ignition key from Parts 39.
Hold the key and switch the correct way round. The key fits only one way. Push the key into the switch.
The switch won’t be fitted until a later Stage, so remove the key and store both parts safely.
