Dose anyone know how or where to get spare parts from i need a new for the lf-ir as the wires have broke trying to remove it from the connector to fault find

And also i noticed r2 keepd crashing and i noticed on testing the presence sensors on each leg issue 53 page 15 section 3-4 says that with object close the light should come on mine the light goes off and is always on so hense not knowing his surroundings

If you have a broken cable, contact c/s for a replacement. The number can be found on the inside front cover of the magazine.

The shoulder sensor blue light should come on when plugged into the test board when an object gets close, should go off.

Just make sure you have it plugged in in the right test socket, or that the wires are the correct way round, which would also give the opposite reading, on instead of off.

Phoned up spares being sent but dunno cause could hard hear the guy and dont know if he evan understood what i was saying

The plugs are moulded so cant see how ot could be worrd wrong unless its wrong on the sensor end

Sometimes easier to send an email to customercare@deagostini.co.uk as the phone lines aren't the best in the world, just ensure you have your full details, name, address, subscriber number & what subscribed to, along with you your issue/problem you are having, usually replied to within 2 working days. It also means you have an audit trail if you need to chase/follow-up
