Best put Surprise in a relatively dust free environment then Rob, I have taken on the reconstruction of Del Prado's Cutty Sark as an in between project, but I think that Victory is going to take more of my time than anticipated?? Nothing worse than half completed models gathering dust..good luck on your build mate..Surprise looks good already.ThumpUp

HMS Surprise is Length 1334mm Height 950mm Beam 480mm.

They advertise the following, but I bet it ain't, .
Traditional double planking on frame wooden hull

on the list of parts there is 547 this does not include all the multiple parts, like 42 stern canons

you can find her on DeAgs home page.

here's one of her guns

I subscribed to it about two month before they brought the Victory out, when I saw the Victory the Long suffering Wife said that I could get That as well, as my Flyingscotsman as just about finished.

Got to love my WifeLove Love Love

So far I've done Two DeAgs Spitfires One Tiger moth one FlyingScotsman a Trainer plane and the Cutty Sark, and now I'm on the Surprise, along with the Victory, so I my put the Surprise on Hold.

OhMyGod There are a lot of mentions about Surprise on this forum and every time I read an entry, I am more and more tempted to take on the build to run concurrently with Victory, I'm wondering if...she, who must be obeyed would approve, I wonder if I can get away with sneaking it in as extra Victory parts and construct it on the side.. RollEyes LOL
