Yes this happened about 3 months into my 12 month subscription. Asked about getting the balance of my 12 month sunscription in one shipment and that was fine. I now have a complete TB2 and a 'spare' Pack 5. Apparently I must have 'forgotten' to cancel my standing subscription when the balance of the packs were sent. Very Expensive mistake. So, IF anyone wants to do the same as me and change from the subscription to the full pack - REMEMBER to CANCEL your subscription at the same time!!
