Pack 9 Contains Stages 45 to 49
Stage 45
Prepare the oil tank, mount and two of the three thicker screws.Take the mount and align the two larger holes in it with the corresponding holes in the oil tank.Tighten the first screw into place followed by the second, to secure the mount.

Stage 46 contains - Right rear lights, Screws.
Prepare the frame assembly from Stage 39.Loosen the nut and bolt holding the mounting plate and bracket to the frame and remove it to allow for engine fitment in the next stage.
This Stage is now complete. Carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag for future use.

Stage 47 contains - Left rear lights, Screws.
Prepare the frame, mounting plate, bracket and nut and bolt fromStage 46, the engine from Stage 44, the frame centre support and screw in Parts 41, the mount and screws in Parts 49 and bolts from Parts 37.
Locate the slot in the front of the engine, then place the engine into the frame ensuring the tab on the cross member is pushed into the slot in the engine. Locate the tab at the front of the frame centre support and insert the tab into the slot at the rear of the engine and the bottom of the support into the corresponding hole in the H-frame. Take the mount supplied in Parts 49 and position it onto the top of the centre support, with the sides resting in the frame, securing it with two machine screws from Parts 49 into the two holes in the sides of the mount. Turn the frame over and tighten the screw from Parts 41 into the middle hole in the H-frame. Align the holes in the centre support with the holes in the underside of the engine, securing it with the self tapping screws from Parts 49. Take the mounting plate removed in Stage 46 and insert the bolt through the hole in the frame. Place the bracket onto the bolt from the other side of the frame and tighten the nut back onto the end. Align the holes in the mounting plate with the corresponding holes in the cylinders and secure with bolts supplied with Parts 37.

Stage 48 contains - Oil tank, Bracket, Mount, Screws.
Prepare the battery box, battery box cover and two of the smaller screws from Parts 50.Place the cover onto the box, making sure the holes of both parts are aligned before fitting the two screws into the aligned holes. Do not overtighten the screws as you will need to remove the cover to fit the batteries.

Stage 49 contains - Circuit board, Mount, Screws.
Prepare the mounting plate from Parts 50, and the other pieces shown from Parts 51.Take the mounting plate and place it onto the underside of the gearbox aligning the holes. Secure four screws into the holes but don’t fully tighten them as the mounting plate should remain able to move.
Take the fender mount and insert it into the corresponding hole in the mounting plate. Tighten the remaining screw into the hole from the other side to secure the mount. Insert the pins of the gearbox top into the matching holes in the gearbox. then take the mounting plate Parts 50 and insert the two posts into the matching holes in the gearbox top and press into place. Tighten the two nuts onto the long bolt before turning the bolt into the hole in the gearbox and placing the other end into the recess in the mounting plate.
