just received my last four issues of the jaguar e-type. any idea when the premium subscribers get the display case.

contacted c/s about the display stand and was told they are out of stock, we have only just completed the build and paid for the case, as anyone received theirs yet.

I’m still waiting for my wall mount for the falcon as well it’s been 7 months since I received my last issues, all customer services say is their waiting for delivery and I will receive it but won’t tell me when. Regards Shaun Building-RC spitfire

It is bad. When you think they have had two years to sort this out. We have paid our money. What about a refund and we sort our own display case.

Hello, I am new to this forum, but read in interest about the Display Case.
I have also not received my case. I contacted customer support the other day, to be told that they did not have any in stock and had no idea of when stock would be received. I also asked for a refund but this was ignored.
Can Deagostini/ Modelspace legally do this?

still waiting for mine, last time i go premium. what has really annoyed me is they have not bothered to contact us to tell us what is going on. we just get the silent treatment, you phone c/s and the story is the same out of stock, how can they be out of stock we have just finished the build.

I have contacted customer support again, this time I asked for a refund if they could not provide me with a resonable delivery date. They told me that they expected delivery of the display cases by Mid May. At least now we have a date.

Why!!! Are we still waiting for our display case, you have had over two years to sort them out, what is the delay? I am looking into the legal side of things, with a view to obtaining a full refund for my subscription, as DeAgostini have not for filled their commitment to us.

I am also STILL waiting for my display case. I was told the beginning to mid May. I have since contacted Modelspace and they told me they would be receiving the cases by June. The lesson to be learnt here is NEVER buy the premium product! Why also do Modelspace keep lying to us?

still waiting here, it finished in February, and its now june, this is not a good service, i am still waiting for a part from another build, i was going to do a build on here of the millennium falcon which i am having second thoughts of doing now.
