Stage 27
Middle Seats Base
Parts Supplied: Middle seats base and Screws BP03
Retrieve the supports from Stage 26, identify the middle seats supports 1 and 2 noting that support 1 has two extra parts on the lower rail.
Take the middle seats support 1 and insert the two posts into the holes in the middle seats base and secure the support to the base with two BP03 screws. Now place the middle seats support 2 into the next holes along the base and secure with two BP03 screws.
Take the remaining two brackets and identify which is which. Then position support 3 in place noting that the long part of support 3 should be seated in the raised hole, secure the support with two BP03 screws.
Finally, fit support 4 in place and secure it with two BP03 screws.

Stage 28
Middle Seats
Parts Supplied: Middle seats, Screws BP03 and Screws BP04.
Fit the middle seats onto the middle seats base and whilst pressing the parts together carefully lift the end of the seats cover over the edge of the base. Now secure the base to the seats with five BP04 screws.
Next retrieve the middle seats back (Stage 25) and insert the three posts at the bottom into the corresponding holes in the seat base. Checking that the backrest remains properly recessed in its housing secure the back to the base with three BP03 screws.

Stage 29
Rear Bulkhead
Parts supplied: Rear Bulkhead and Screws BP06.
Retrieve the middle seat back (Stage 25) and locate the two holes that are in either side of the seat back, noting that the ends of the supports where the seat back will fit have two projections that fit into the corresponding holes in the seat back.
Insert the projections of the inner support into the seat back first. Then gently pull the outer support away a little. Lower the seat back into position and push the support into the holes. Once installed, check that the seat back can be folded forward and remains locked when in the upright position.

Stage 30
Rear Seat Backs
Parts supplied: Rear seats back
Retrieve the middle seats, the rear bulkhead, the BP06 screws, all from Stage 29 and the BP03 screws from Stage 28.
Taking the middle seats, insert the posts on the bottom of the supports into the holes in the cab floor and secure the seats to the floor from below with eight BP03 screws.
Take the rear bulkhead and fit it onto the posts at the rear of the floor. Check that the rear bulkhead is properly seated and that the holes are aligned with those in the floor, then secure the bulkhead with three BP06 screws.

Stage 31
Rear Seats Back Panel
Parts Supplied: Rear seats back panel, Handle and Screws BP03.
Retrieve the rear seats back (Stage 30).
Insert the three posts on the front of the handle into the holes in the rear seats back panel. Press the posts into the holes and ensure that the small pins above enter the smaller holes. Then secure the handle with three BP03 screws.
Now align the posts on the rear seats back with the corresponding holes in the rear seats and press the two parts together, checking that the edges are flush.

Stage 32
Heat Exchanger and Seat Supports
Parts Supplied: Heat exchanger upper, Heat exchanger lower, Rear seats side supports, Rear seat centre support and Screws BP03.
Combine the two parts that make up the heat exchanger by inserting the posts into the corresponding holes and secure the parts with two BP03 screws (32-5).

Stage 33
Rear Seats Base
Parts supplied: Rear seats base and Screws BP03.
Retrieve the supports supplied with Stage 32 and fit one of the side brackets into the three holes at one end of the rear seats base, checking that the smaller pin is properly seated in its hole. Now secure the support from the other side of the base with two BP03 screws.
Next mount the second side support at the other end of the seat base and secure the it with two BP03 screws. Finally mount the centre support into the three holes in the base and secure it with a BP03 screw.

Stage 34
Rear Seats
Parts supplied: Rear seats, Screws BP03 and Screws BP04
Retrieve the rear seats base (Stage 33). Align the posts on the underside of the rear seats with the holes in the base and press the two parts together while lifting the edges of the rear seats over the edge of the base. Now secure the seats to the base with five BP04 screws.
Fit the posts on the rear seats back (Stage 31) into the corresponding holes in the rear seats base and secure them at the bottom with five BP03 screws.

Stage 35
Spare Wheel Housing
Parts supplied: Spare wheel housing, Handle, Ashtray and Screws BP07.
Retrieve the heat exchanger (Stage 32), the rear seats (Stage 34) and the six BP03 screws (Stages 33 and 34).
Install the heat exchanger by inserting the three projections into the matching holes in the floor. Checking that the sides are properly seated, secure the heat exchanger from the underside of the floor with a BP03 screw.
Now install the rear seats into the corresponding holes in the floor and secure the seats from underneath with the remaining five BP03 screws.
