Below is my post from a month ago. I was instructed to contact CS for a replacement Issue 53 circuit board. It was sent and i still experience the same issue as my original post. I have also tested the left leg and the same situation occurs. The green light will not go out when legs are moved off edge of table when there is no obstruction. I cant believe I could have a second board that is bad so i am thinking it is a user error. This circuit board works positively in all other tests. Being that i have no plans on running the unit off a cliff or deck or set of stars should i be concerned? I am assuming the sensor is to keep it safe in case of those situations.
My second question is: I see all the posts on the concerns of getting and installing the correct batteries. I would rather just wait and buy the correct battery pack once available from the R2D2 builders. Being that i'm currently at issue 97 is it available yet?
And my last question for the day is: I thought it was a 24 month (24 boxes) build. When i received my package 24 i thought that was it. It contained issues 95-98+/-. How many packages are there? I don't want to contact CS for my missing package 24 C3PO premium figure if i'm incorrect on the box numbers.
Thanks Brian
Issue 53 testing the right leg sensor. The green light for the foot sensor will come on when hooked to test board and foot is in contact with a surface but when moved to where the is no obstruction the light will not go out. All connections have been checked. The blue light for the shoulder sensor works as intended. Any advice on what test to do or what to replace? Thanks

As for the number of boxes It is a 100 issue subscription, 4 issues per box, so total 25 boxes.
And I think there will be no batteries provided by DA/MS. So will have to find some on your own that meet the requirements. There are links in some of the battery posts for USA providers. Got some for myself a few months ago, now waiting for my issue to catch up to use them.

Hi mainjet. Working with your description of the issues with your R2 the Project Team's response is "Sounds like that the infrared sensor need replacement" and the action required is to "replace the infrared sensor." The infrared sensor was supplied with Stage 32. For information about what to do, please check your inbox for a PM. All best wishes.
