Build the bissy hull and looking to sand it what best to sand with. I have a black and decker mouse sander I use.also what paints are good to use thanks building the spitfire,RMS Titanic hachette and now starting the u-96 submarine

The mouse should be ok to take the rough edges off but after that I would use hand sanding using finer and finer grades until you get a smooth finish.
