What are the specs for the mains adapter?

My wife is a little overzealous when it comes to tidying up, and I'm a little sloppy about leaving things about. The combination has resulted in my power supply being misplaced.

Can someone please tell me the output voltage, and pin polarity for the adapter so I can get a replacement.

Why dont you just order a replacement of the pack that contains the charger job done.
